ERP Change Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ERP Change Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of change management strategies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess change impacts
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and technologies
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder sentiment, readiness, and resistance using data-driven insights
• Provide reporting and insights to support program governance and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline
• Industry certifications (e.g. PROSCI) highly regarded
• Proven experience in change management within ERP or large-scale transformation programs
• Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms (desirable)

Skills & Attributes:
• Strong understanding of change management principles and tools
• Proficient in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity
