About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist / Admin to join our team at Ziksu. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers, communicate effectively, and model integrity and respect in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and/or redirect queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
  • Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
  • Greet all visitors, ensure they sign in, and receive a visitor's pass, as per security and company protocol
  • Manage and order office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
  • Regularly check and replenish office supplies
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties, as required
  • Maintain a register of independent contractors and preferred suppliers
  • Receive and dispatch deliveries
  • Manage, set up refreshments, clear dishes, and clean meeting rooms
  • Maintain statistics and reporting, as required
  • Furnish workstations with starter packs of stationery, etc., for new employees
  • General maintenance of office décor
  • Assist HR with recruitment activities, as required
