Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned naval design expert to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Naval Architecture or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in naval architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • The design specialist will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers involved in design inputs and installation engineering.
  • Conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and designs will be performed as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.
  • Installation loads on offshore structures will be provided to the structural engineer at the engineering phase of the project.
  • The specialist will also evaluate the limiting weather conditions for various offshore installations without overloading equipment and installed structures.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or higher in Naval Architecture or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in naval architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
