Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to supervise and coordinate the workshop workforce, ensuring high-quality conversions of brand-new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have trade-qualified and experienced mechanical knowledge, as well as previous supervisory experience in an automotive workshop setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage site operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Liaise with staff across various departments to ensure seamless workflow
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high-quality vehicle conversions
  • Assume responsibility for quality control and assurance

Requirements
