Product Development Manager

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role ensures our products are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market demands.

Job Description:

The Product Development Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute product strategies that drive market success. This role will gather and prioritize market-driven product requirements, define the vision, and ensure product offerings align with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining product strategies for Networking, Cloud, Cyber, and Unified Collaboration products.
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Standardizing product offerings based on profitability and customer demand.
  • Developing service wrappers and supporting platforms to enhance product offerings.
  • Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Managing the backlog of feature requests into the platform teams.
  • Collaborating with the CTO to develop go-to-market offerings.
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitoring product performance and profitability.
