Product Development Manager

We're seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development of innovative products that deliver exceptional customer value.
This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
Key responsibilities include developing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with business units and specialist teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert across the product lifecycle, ensuring governance, decision-making, and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in product management, managed investment schemes, and investment bonds, as well as a solid understanding of marketing and written communications.
A RG146 qualification is highly regarded, but not essential. What's essential is a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving business growth through innovative product development.
