About the Role:
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and the broader community
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Centre's educational philosophy and policies

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
