Equity Capital Markets Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Equity Capital Markets Director to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a key member of our Equity Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy for our Equity Capital Markets offering.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute CBA's Equity Capital Markets activities
- Lead CBA's relations with syndicate members in the process of executing primary market and follow-on transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal bankers and key stakeholders in the broader market
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue capital raising opportunities for the Bank's Corporate clients
- Experience in structuring various ECM transactions, including equity deals and listed debt
- 7+ years of equity capital markets, corporate finance, or M&A experience
- In-depth knowledge of Australian equity capital markets, including market trends and investor sentiment
- Experience across the end-to-end transaction cycle and execution-oriented
- Demonstrated track record of corporate development with existing book of stakeholder relationships
