As part of our impressive and highly regarded Corporate practice, you will work on a diverse range of equity capital markets, public M&A, private treaty M&A, strategic advice & corporate governance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equity capital markets transactions, including IPO and ASX listings, secondary raisings as well as private rounds;
  • private and public M&A, including sale of business, share purchase agreements and schemes of arrangements;
  • corporate governance and director duties advice;
  • business set up, structuring, shareholder agreements and related documentation; and
  • work in collaboration with International Clients in relation to Australian transactions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years PAE;
  • Experience in ECM & M&A;
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort.
