Senior Digital Media Specialist

This role plays a vital part in supporting our Sales team in executing innovative digital advertising campaigns for renowned brands. Responsibilities include managing and owning video, online display, mobile, and targeted campaigns, along with being the primary point of contact for ad serving inquiries and campaign-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for successful execution.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on campaign execution, providing updates, reports, and addressing operational inquiries or concerns.
  • Creative Quality Checks: Ensure all creative assets meet industry standards before going live.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to video/display creative, custom executions, campaign underperformance, viewability, brand safety, and site ad tagging.
  • Optimisations: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Tech, Data, Product, and other internal teams to optimise campaigns and escalate delivery issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in digital advertising operations or at least 2 years' experience in the media industry.
  • Experience with ad serving/tracking/booking technologies.
  • Familiarity with video, online display, mobile advertising, behavioural targeting, and video encoding.
  • Strong organisational, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, follow-through, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
