Senior Account Manager Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery. This involves working closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee fully integrated campaigns across all disciplines, including advertising, CRM, and digital communications.
  • Project Organization: Manage project resources, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings, and collaborate with Operations and Producer teams.
  • Briefing and Creativity: Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion, and help write inspiring creative briefs.
  • Time Management: Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers, and estimates.
  • Teamwork: Build positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to Account Managers and Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behavior, learning, and collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges the client brand's perception in the market.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a Senior Account Manager role within a Creative or Comms Agency environment.
  • Multi-disciplinary Environment: Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects.
  • Advertising Knowledge: Knowledge of advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media, including digital, web, email, and mobile.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a confident, credible presenter.
