A leading global commerce organisation is seeking an Incentives Specialist to join their Sydney team, offering a unique opportunity to shape the way millions of customers engage with one of the world's most recognised online marketplaces.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver weekly promotions, acquisition initiatives, and retention campaigns that drive measurable growth across multiple customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—inclusive of creative, social media, email marketing, product management, user experience design, and analytics—to launch multi-channel campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance data rigorously, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and optimise future strategies.
  • Continuously evolve the promotions playbook by testing bold new ideas and piloting innovative approaches that set fresh standards for customer engagement.
  • Represent incentives within a key category squad, ensuring that both organisational goals are met and customer needs are understood and addressed.
  • Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to uncover smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working across all aspects of campaign delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns from ideation through to post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in digital marketing, retail promotions, and e-commerce best practices to inform strategy development.
  • Support the Senior Incentives & Loyalty Manager in developing long-term incentive strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of open communication by sharing learnings across teams and encouraging feedback that drives collective success.
What you bring:
  • At least three years' experience in marketing roles with a strong understanding of digital channels such as email marketing, social media advertising, or programmatic display.
  • Background in retail or e-commerce environments is highly desirable as it provides valuable context for customer behaviour and promotional effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field demonstrates foundational knowledge essential for success in this position.
  • Resilience and adaptability are crucial traits; you thrive under pressure and remain effective when managing shifting priorities or tight deadlines.
  • A genuine customer-first mindset ensures every campaign is designed with empathy for user needs while maximising engagement opportunities.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities enable you to juggle several projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Proven collaborator who excels at building positive relationships across teams; your interpersonal skills help influence outcomes constructively.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset marked by curiosity about emerging trends—especially regarding AI—and eagerness to explore how technology can transform processes.
  • Excellent communication skills allow you to present insights clearly whether sharing results with stakeholders or contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
