Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that align with our long-term objectives.
  • Identify areas for operational and financial improvement, ensuring sustainable profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead due diligence and integration efforts for strategic acquisitions, focusing on value creation and synergies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and communication.
  • Design and implement robust financial frameworks, forecasting models, and reporting mechanisms to support expansion and decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure financial stability and agility.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and best-in-class reporting practices for ASX-listed and private equity-backed structures.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading financial operations within an ASX-listed business, with experience in navigating complex financial landscapes.
  • Prior experience working in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and drive business decisions through effective financial analysis and communication.
  • Experience in leading acquisitions, integrations, and preparing businesses for successful exits, with a focus on creating value and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to investors, boards, and executive teams.
  • A proven record of scaling businesses and driving profitability through strategic financial leadership.
