About the PositionYou will report directly to the Supply Manager and be responsible for assisting with the supply management of the hospital. This includes handling supply & imprest queries, general duties in logistics, and providing exceptional customer/patient service by replenishing hospital imprest areas.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer/patient service by maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and patient confidentiality.
- Act as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team by promoting positive team culture, communicating effectively, and offering help to team members as required.
- Demonstrate professional practice by working according to Healthscope's policies and processes, code of conduct.
- Support Healthscope's safety and quality improvement initiatives by actively participating in department meetings, audits, and quality activities.
- Experience with computerised purchasing systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under constraints.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proven time management and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
