  • Provide accurate information to customers, answering any enquiries that support their new home journey.
  • Maintain marketing and sales materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks, setting prospect appointments and qualifying leads.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • A genuine interest in the building, property, and real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide valued customers.
  • Great presentation skills, with pride in operating in a neat environment.
  • The ability to form relationships with internal and external clients.
  • An energetic, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude.
  • A knack for learning and quickly adapting in the new role.
