
Regional Train Customer Service Specialist

The role of a customer service specialist is pivotal in delivering exceptional passenger experiences on regional trains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing face-to-face and phone assistance to customers
- Ensuring train cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for service
- Handling ticket sales, fare advice, and check-in processes
- Supporting station operations, including ticket sales and management
- Managing coaches during disruptions and events

- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Flexibility for shift work and 24/7 availability
