About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Information System Pharmacist to join our team at GenesisCare. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of oncology care plans and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain oncology care plans using MOSAIQ and National Medical Oncology Care Plan management systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff members on oncology care management and information systems.
  • Assist with quality assurance and reporting activities to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Provide leave cover for clinical pharmacists and support the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care plan management and data integrity.
Requirements
  • General registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions.
  • Commitment to patient-focused pharmacy practice.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Competent with using electronic medical information systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Clinical pharmacy experience in an oncology/haematology outpatient setting.
  • Prior knowledge of MOSAIQ configuration is highly desirable.
