About the Role

We're seeking an experienced pharmacist with a passion for oncology to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and organizing the supply of chemotherapy for oncology inpatients and day oncology unit patients
  • Developing and utilizing your clinical skills to improve patient outcomes
  • Performing medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Recording clinical interventions
  • Building relationships across multidisciplinary teams
  • Educating staff on oncology pharmacy practices
  • Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
