Rehabilitation Consultant

Procare Group is seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant and join our expanding QLD team based on the Sunshine Coast.

Job Description:

Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness. Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios. Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with an individual's recovery process
  • Conduct assessments and develop case management plans
  • Support individuals in returning to work and daily life
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA membership
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
