Casual Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant in a leading jewellery brand.

This is an opportunity to work in a unique and beautiful environment with a supportive team.

As a Casual Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling advice to clients.

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences through expert product knowledge and personal styling services.
  • Assist clients with purchases and maintain seamless transactions.
  • Maintain the presentation and organisation of the studio, upholding high standards.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management.
  • Educate clients on our values, craftsmanship, and bespoke jewellery offerings.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience in a client-facing role, a passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
