**Job Title:** Luxury Sales Representative


We are seeking a warm, engaging and customer-focused sales consultant to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will provide exceptional service, build meaningful client relationships and create an inspiring in-store experience that reflects our values.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about jewellery, retail and customer experience, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for connecting with people. You will play a key role in ensuring that every client who walks through our doors feels valued and leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist clients with purchases, ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  2. Personalised Styling Advice: Offer expert advice on our handcrafted jewellery pieces.
  3. Studio Maintenance: Maintain the presentation and organisation of the studio, upholding our high standards.
  4. Day-to-Day Operations: Support sales transactions and stock management.
  5. Jewellery Education: Educate clients on our values, craftsmanship and bespoke jewellery offerings.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Previous Retail Experience: In a client-facing role.
  2. Passion for Jewellery: Fashion or luxury retail.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Interpersonal skills.
  4. Customer Service Approach: Warm, professional and engaging.
  5. Organisational Skills: Attention to detail.
  6. Availability: Weekends, with flexibility for additional days as required.
