About the Role

A charming and outgoing Sales Consultant is required to join our dynamic retail team. You will provide exceptional customer service, build meaningful relationships with clients, and deliver a captivating in-store experience that reflects our brand values.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about jewellery, retail, and customer experience, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for connecting with people.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and offer tailored styling advice.
  2. Assist clients with purchases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  3. Maintain the presentation and organisation of the studio, upholding our high standards.
  4. Support day-to-day retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management.
  5. Educate clients on our values, craftsmanship, and bespoke jewellery offerings.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
