Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised styling advice and assist clients with purchases
  • Maintain studio presentation and organisation, upholding high standards
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management
  • Educate clients on our values, craftsmanship, and bespoke jewellery offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience in a client-facing role
  • A passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, professional approach to customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
