Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our production team. As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for performing precision welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials.

About the Role

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel materials with high precision and quality.
  • Collaborate with fabricators and fellow welders to meet production goals and standards.
  • Monitor and adjust welding processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Inspect finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in welding.
  • Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable).
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
