TIG Welder Job Description

Pacific Hoseflex is an industry leader in engineering fluid transfer products with over 30 years of experience. Our company culture emphasizes progressive and digital business practices, with a focus on research & development.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder to join our production team. The core role will involve welding 316/304 stainless hose assemblies and fittings.

To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Produce high-quality work that meets industry standards.
  • Able to use digital work schedules efficiently.
  • Competent in reading technical drawings.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards workplace health & safety.
  • Skillful in the use of hand tools.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a full-time position with standard 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6am – 2:30pm. Flexibility is required to accommodate production workloads.

This role also offers the potential for professional growth and development, with opportunities for apprentices to apply and be considered. Wages will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

The applicant must be willing to complete pre-employment tests and drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement.
