We are seeking skilled TIG welders to deliver high-quality, precision work and contribute to our production goals. This role involves working primarily with stainless steel and carbon steel materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials.
- Collaborate with fabricators and fellow welders to achieve production targets.
- Maintain and adjust welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
- Inspect finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality.
- Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in welding.
- Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
