Job Title: People Operations Expert

This organisation is a leading player in the insurance and automotive services industry, providing advanced claims and repair management solutions to major clients across fleet, logistics, and consumer sectors. Operating across multiple international hubs, the business is undergoing significant transformation with plans to scale up over the next few years.

The role of Human Resources Manager plays a critical part in driving recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration while leveraging newly implemented systems to support growth and performance in a high-pressure environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage HR systems to drive efficiency and consistency across the employee lifecycle
  • Coach and support leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and team development
  • Develop and formalise HR processes, documentation, and value propositions to enhance retention and culture
  • Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle
  • Establish scalable HR systems and processes
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience working in regulated environments within the financial services industry would be highly desirable
  • Proven experience owning the full HR lifecycle in a growing environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to underdeveloped HR functions
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR systems and tools (ideally similar to Employment Hero)
  • Capacity to coach, challenge and influence senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and grounded

This role has been created to stabilise and rebuild the HR function during a period of significant organisational growth and cultural change.
