The People Operations Specialist owns that complexity, balancing strategy and execution to drive targeted candidate attraction strategies, run a rigorous certification program, deliver seamless onboarding, enable smart candidate & client pairing, and lead proactive sourcing — so we scale without compromising quality.
You'll be joining a collaborative and agile team that goes where the work is — open, flexible, and always willing to get stuck in.

The Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Certification & Employee Onboarding Own the certification program: Design, run, and continuously improve a framework that validates each Expert's technical capability, quality, and cultural fit before joining the marketplace.
Build the framework: Develop assessment criteria, rubrics, and validation processes that uphold our high standards for quality, staying current with industry standards and bringing innovative ideas.
Onboard experts & employees: Create and lead end-to-end onboarding programs—including training, resources, and workflows—that set new Experts and employees up for success from day one.
Resource Allocation Match talent to work: Oversee and optimize our pairing framework, ensuring verified skills align with customer needs, scope, and complexity.
Handover excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear briefs, context, and communication protocols for smooth transitions and high-quality customer experiences.
Manage resource workflows: Maintain visibility over talent availability and assign Experts efficiently to meet demand.
Talent Acquisition Source top performers: Proactively identify and recruit high performers across various domains through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Execute the strategy: Use operational and people skills to implement talent attraction strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Champion the brand: Work with Marketing to communicate our value proposition and growth opportunities to attract aligned talent.
As we grow, you may take on additional people- and operations-focused projects to support Visory's scaling efforts.
Your Skills & Qualifications Operational expertise: 1-2 years in business or people operations/HR within a high-growth environment.
Process design: Skilled in designing and improving processes for efficiency and quality.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for articulating requirements and feedback.
Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Critical thinking & innovation: Curious, able to identify inefficiencies, and bring industry ideas for improvement.
Core Competencies Proactive problem solving: Anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
Systems thinking: Understand how processes fit into the broader ecosystem and optimize accordingly.
