Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Consultant to join our team.

This role will support the execution of operational and strategic functions across various areas, ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an operating rhythm aligned to broader organizational deliverables.
  • Manage agenda, minutes, and actions for senior leadership teams.
  • Act as a key business management conduit between stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular communications and board papers as instructed.
  • Participate in forums to share information related to risk, projects, or finances.
  • Facilitate engagement action plans with leadership teams.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure key reporting rhythms are in place.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in governance/enablement roles.
  • Coordination and facilitation skills, including navigation of executive reporting.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting communication and engagement activities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple activities and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to understand complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, influencing stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, preferably with postgraduate studies.
