We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Bonds Sydenham Outlet Store.

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week across a Sunday - Thursday roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example in creating memorable customer connections, assisting in the training & development of their team, and executing Visual Merchandising in-store.

A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, including generous benefits such as monthly cash bonuses, wellness days, clothing allowance, and up to 50% discount on Hanes Brands products, is on offer.

About the Role
  • You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and empowering customer connections
  • You've assisted in the training & development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store
  • Managing high stock volumes; you're happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required
