Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora's Broadway store in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody Sephora's DNA, delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
