Job Description

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of availability through meticulous inventory management and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You will focus on embedding robust processes and routines in our stores, creating an environment where products are easily accessible and well-merchandised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and empowering team members to drive capability improvement.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders during change initiatives.
  • Development of daily stockfill plans for various departments.
  • Maintenance of accurate stock levels through efficient inventory routines.
  • Implementation of back-of-house routines and maintenance protocols.
