Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for guiding teams to excel in achieving participant-focused goals, aligned with industry standards and organisational mission.

  • Lead Site Managers in their growth and facilitate the implementation of annual work plans.
  • Travel to SIL homes within your cluster and maintain safe, supportive environments and strong client support networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC.
