Job Purpose:

The Event Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering events across the country. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and event organisers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the delivery of state-level events
  • Manage event sanctioning, including coordination of the race calendar for cycling events throughout Australia
  • Support the delivery of club-hosted sanctioned events
  • Provide day-to-day support for event partners, ensuring high-quality event delivery
  • Implement standard operating procedures and policies for events
  • Supervise event volunteers as needed
  • Oversee the appointment of technical officials
  • Contribute to the development of the annual events operations plan
  • Role model our organisational values, demonstrating respect for others at all times
  • Adhere to and promote our policies and operating procedures
  • Other duties as directed to support overall success
