We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our high-end corporate building in Melbourne. This opportunity offers an ideal platform for those passionate about delivering exceptional security and customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch security services, ensuring the safety and well-being of our valued employees and visitors.
- Patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises, identifying potential risks and taking prompt action to mitigate them.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support and guidance.
- Assess and address security threats, developing strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Manage access control, ensuring authorized personnel only have access to restricted areas.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, producing detailed reports and data logs as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification.
- Proven experience in the security industry, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is highly desirable.
