Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a strong security presence to ensure the safety of clients, staff, and the public.
  • Monitor premises, crowds, and high-risk areas to prevent security breaches.
  • Respond to incidents, handle conflicts professionally, and report security concerns.
  • Operate CCTV and other security monitoring systems for control room operators.
  • Offer personal protection for VIPs for bodyguard roles.
  • Enforce venue or site policies and manage access control.

Requirements:

  • Valid Victorian Security Licence relevant to your role.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol RSA for nightclub and bar roles.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong observational and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice, including nights and weekends.
