Accounts Receivable Expert

In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert for managing resident accounts across our aged care sites.

  • Billing Process Ownership:
    • You will accurately manage and update all resident accounts and fees
    • Generate and release monthly billing with precision
  • Invoice Management:
    • Create and send ad hoc invoices as required
    • Process RAD repayments in line with legislation and timeframes
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Collect and allocate incoming payments
    • Reconcile accounts and maintain a clean debtors ledger
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Monitor accounts for late or missed payments
    • Investigate and resolve customer billing queries
    • Maintain detailed records for admissions, discharges, and account updates
