We are seeking a highly experienced Aged Care and Compliance Expert to lead our Quality, Risk and Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality systems that foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance.
  • Monitor the quality of aged care through regular reviews and engage with specialist providers as necessary.
  • Embed policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external subject matter experts to develop and implement a clinical governance framework.
  • Maintain and review the organisation's risk management framework.
  • Ensure legislative and company standards are upheld by maintaining all required filings and records.
Requirements
  • Degree and/or professional qualification in business, quality, governance, risk, or a clinical discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in aged care or community services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality systems and standards or risk management role (NFP and/or aged care or home care/health environment preferred).
  • Governance professional qualifications would be well regarded.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary risk management practices.
