About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team at Parramatta Leagues - Home of the Eels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an events and functions growth strategy that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an events and functions growth strategy that aligns with the Club's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operational departments to improve the Club's events and functions offerings.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with monthly reporting and customer feedback.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing functions and events within the wedding, club, or hospitality industry. You will have a strong understanding of cash flow and accounting concepts and systems, as well as excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
