Experienced Landscape Gardener

**Outdoor Escape Landscaping** are an award winning Landscaping company looking for **experienced Landscape Gardener / Horticulturalist** to join our Maintenance division.

We are looking for someone with experience in predominantly high-end residential gardening, who has a passion for the outdoors, and is looking to join a young and energetic team who prides themselves on the nature of their work.

Our team is extremely close-knit, often doing things together on the weekends and outside of work, and we are looking for someone who appreciates company culture and a great working environment.

We have a casual professionalism in how we operate, so this position will suit someone who is forward-thinking and proactive, has the able to manage their days efficiently, enjoys a level of freedom to their work, and is a great communicator.

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- A passion for landscaping and enjoy working outdoors.
- A minimum of 2 years residential gardening experience.
- A completed industry qualification in Horticulture (desirable but not essential).
- Be motivated, hardworking and reliable.
- Experience liaising with clients / supervising small teams (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in the operation and use of equipment such as lawn mowers, hedgers, hand shears etc.
- Experience working with chemicals.
- Hold a current drivers licence.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
