
Payroll Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll administration for a large workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex payroll cycles with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring every employee is paid correctly and on time.
As a Payroll Manager, you will play an integral part in supporting your finance colleagues during busy periods or absences, helping create a dependable team environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records in line with statutory obligations such as superannuation payments, Payroll Tax calculations, Workers Compensation claims management, and compliance with Awards or employee agreements.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll processes for medium-to-large organisations using modern payroll software (Chris21, SAP, Micropay). They will also possess excellent attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills that enable them to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
