
Strategic Customer Growth Specialist

This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional customer success management skills to deliver strategic account growth and customer satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing account management, including training and monitoring adoption metrics
- Conducting regular business reviews to help customers achieve their goals and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met
- Identifying and eliminating risk attribution to nurture accounts and drive portfolio growth
- Creating monthly reports to highlight customer successes and provide recommendations for further optimization
- Sourcing upsell and cross-sell opportunities and following up on renewals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success management with a strong background in SaaS, cloud, and video/audio industries preferred
- Proven track record of servicing strategic accounts and working with key channel partners
- Ability to manage workflow and demonstrate account portfolio planning competency
- Proficient in English to present to executive-level decision-makers
- Strong product knowledge of video/audio collaboration and ability to provide customized presentations and demonstrations using web conferencing
- Ability to identify use cases and build customer advocacy
- Experience with CSM-focused CRM tools such as Totango or Gainsight
- Bachelor's degree required
