Customer Growth Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Customer Growth Specialist to manage a portfolio of customers across the entire Brennan solution stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer's business and orchestrate strategic planning
  • Act as the main customer-facing resource for a defined portfolio of customers
  • Collaborate with practices and vendors to ensure full knowledge of services and products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years ICT account management experience
  • A successful track record of achieving sales revenue targets
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex IT and telecommunications solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level
