Customer Experience Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer experience growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster continuous client engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic relationships with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver business objectives through innovative customer experience programs
  • Gain valuable insights from customers to inform messaging, content, and campaign development
  • Develop and execute global and local strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention of existing clients
  • Enhance brand credibility by promoting reviews, case studies, testimonials, and customer loyalty programs
  • Design and implement an online community forum to drive strong customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ensure effective communication of the product's value proposition and customer benefit to existing clients
  • Develop a comprehensive customer experience calendar to be shared with key customer-facing teams across the organization
  • Ensure breadth and depth of customer campaigns to provide coverage across key industry verticals and business decision makers
  • Develop measurement systems that actively measure, optimize, and communicate the performance of customer experience initiatives against business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
  • Track record in designing and delivering customer engagement initiatives across online/offline channels
  • Marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Knowledge of advocacy platforms, product communities, and social media
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or HR/Payroll technologies highly regarded
  • Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear business benefits
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
