Clinical Claims Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Clinical Claims Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to take on a challenging role in providing expert claims consulting services to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive claims consulting services to clients, including advice and advocacy on workers' compensation claims.
- Develop and implement effective claims management strategies to ensure swift resolution of claims while minimizing expenses.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, rehabilitation providers, lawyers, and medical professionals to facilitate efficient claims closure.
- Manage day-to-day operations of workers compensation claims, including claim lodgements, certificate management, and development of return to work plans.
- Regularly attend client meetings and site visits to drive cost-efficient outcomes and build strong relationships with clients.
**Requirements**
- Substantial experience in injury management or workers' compensation/industry is essential.
- Proven expertise in complex workers compensation and related matters.
- Demonstrated understanding of claims management processes and procedures.
- Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills for individual and group settings.
