About the Position
  • Program Management – Oversee daily operations, plan programs, and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain)
  • Leadership Experience – Ideally 2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills
  • Key Skills – Administration, curriculum planning, organisation, and conflict resolution
  • Commitment to Quality – Passion for child development, maintaining high service standards
  • Work Rights & Availability – Ongoing permanent Australian work rights, available to work at least 80% of shifts
