Part-Time OSHC Leadership Role

As a dedicated Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators and provide quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for local families. You will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools;
- Building positive relationships within the school community;
- Mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry;
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager;
- Managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- An engaging personality and a passion for making a difference in children's lives;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships;
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry (preferably);
- A valid Working with Children's Check; and
- Willingness to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and a National Criminal History Check.
