Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead and mentor OSHC Educators, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, with a focus on effective leadership and team management skills.
  • To ensure child safety and well-being, you'll implement behaviour management and emergency protocols, prioritizing the welfare and protection of our students.
  • You'll build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives, promoting partnerships and cooperation.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance is essential, as you'll oversee training, manage educational programs, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • You should be working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved), demonstrating your commitment to professional development and excellence.
  • Essential certifications include First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training, ensuring you're equipped to handle various situations.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an OSHC leadership role is required, with proven team management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
