We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our Strategy & Sustainability team as a Senior Analyst. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategic direction of our organization, supporting the development and refresh of corporate strategy and business unit plans, managing strategic projects, and delivering insights that influence decisions across the organization.

">Support the development and refresh of corporate and business unit strategies through benchmarking competitor analysis and strategic insights.">Assist in preparing recommendations and presenting findings to senior management and the Board to support significant business decisions.">Lead and contribute to strategic projects across business units, managing smaller initiatives and supporting larger cross-functional efforts.">Prepare financial models, conduct due diligence, and develop business cases that guide investment growth and capital planning decisions.">Enhance team effectiveness by contributing to the development of strategy tools, templates, and planning processes.">">About You">

We are looking for an individual with postgraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, who has a proven track record in investment banking, management consulting, or significant experience in corporate strategy or professional services. Strong experience in financial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement is essential. A collaborative mindset and the ability to distil complex information into clear compelling insights is also required.
