The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registration with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Significant experience teaching science (Years 7–12).
  • A strong track record in educational leadership and team development.
  • Passion for future-focused, research-informed pedagogy.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to girls' education and equity in STEM.
